How it works:
Step 1 - Become a Client
Please fill out our online 'Contact' form and we'll be in touch to learn more about your pets and what services you are interested in and answer any questions you may have. When you are ready to get started, we’ll send you a Welcome email along with a link to our app where you will enter all of your pet(s) and home information.
Step 2 - Meet and Greet
Prior to the start of your first service, we will schedule a “Meet & Greet” at your home to introduce ourselves and spend some quality time getting to know you & your pet(s). We’ll review and confirm the pertinent information about your home and pet care routine and answer any additional questions you may have. Please make sure to have 2 spare keys available to keep on file (even if you use garage/door codes or app entry) and payment in full is due at the time of the meet & greet, this reserves your scheduled visits.
Step 3 - Schedule Your Services
You can request our pet care services at any time via https://dana-do.petssl.com/account. Please allow at least 14 days notice for all new service requests (this allows enough time for a meet & greet as well as the possibility of availability). Once your service request has been scheduled we will send you a confirmation via email.
Step 4 - Lock and Go
We would prefer not to keep your keys so we use a lockbox and secure it to a door handle, on the side of the home, a hose bib, etc.
If we have to pick up & return the key at each visit there will be a $30 charge for each trip.
Step 5 - Enjoy Peace of Mind
After each visit, you will receive an email that will keep you in the loop with notes and pictures for each visit so you can rest assure that we are there and caring for your loved ones. You can also check your Precise Pet Care dashboard for the journal updates.
